You can apply through the Tantramar Community Association Website at https://christmascheersackville.ca by clicking on Request Assistance at the top of the site then it will take you to a page where you scroll to the bottom and click on “Apply Now”, which will take you to a form to fill out. A committee member will contact you via phone once your application has been received.
If you do not have access to a computer/internet, you may complete a paper request at the Main Street Baptist Church at 20 Main Street in Sackville during their business hours of 9:30 am—4:00 pm. They can be reached by phone at 506-536-2464.

The TCA keeps all personal information secure. It is not available to anyone outside the organizations partnering to provide you with assistance and is subject to federal privacy legislation. Information may be used for statistical purposes, but under no circumstances will any individual or family be identified. Under existing Canadian law, we are not permitted to share your information with any other agency outside of this assistance process. You will be contacted by a member of the Tantramar Community Association who will give you a date and time for you to pick everything up at St. Paul’s Anglican Church.

You will need a form of identification and/or a utility bill with your name and address on it.
With prior arrangement with a member of the Tantramar Community Association you can have someone else pick up a Christmas Cheer family pack for you. They will be required to show a form of identification when they do so.

You can donate by cash or cheque at the Royal Bank marked as “Christmas Cheer”, through our website: christmascheersackville.ca, or through the Canada Helps website. We also welcome new toys that can be dropped off at the Sackville United Church and our publicity will specify days and times. And we appreciate gift cards for Jean Coutu, Dollarama, and Walmart.
Yes you can set up your donation to be one-time or recurring if you go through our Christmas Cheer website or through Canada Helps.
Yes, we issue tax receipts which will be mailed if you paid by cash or cheque at the Royal Bank or if you donated through our website. If you go through Canada Helps to donate, then it will be sent to you electronically.
